From the assault to the Spanish Parliament (Congreso) in September,25th, going through the exstensive turning of Greek movements, from France taking the streets against Hollande to the Portuguese uprising and the continuos movement of Tunisian squares – just well-knowed examples between many others – the background growing on, first at all in Southern Europe, call us us for the  importance to conceive even more strategic to coming hub in a transnational way, in order to create connections between the uprising squares. 
From these considerations, supported also by the meeting presentation in Bologna in October 16th, in which the activist from Barcelona movement Adrià Rodriguez took part, we consider important to face up to the Agorà99 Meeting in Madrid (from November,1st to 4th), inviting every movement in education to do the same. 
A meeting where social networks and movements from all Europe and over will discuss on struggles on debt and ways to build mobilizations and conflicts into and against the crisis scenery. 
This meeting represents a step forward to strengthen the transnational space of the movements, able to deal whit this period and his challenges. A course we still have to build up and to verify, having his foundation and his first results on the previous debates in Paris’ meeting, in the Barcelona Hub Meeting, in the transnational Meeting in Tunis and finally in the “Syntagma Calling” in Athens few months ago. 
A meeting in Madrid as a further realization in building political and unrest processes in the period from the October ending to November as the lapse of time to kindle the social climate, to raise the mobilizations and to connect again the responses of the mediterranean area  rebelling to the crisis in struggles. 
In this perspective, we think Agora 99 can represent an essential moment. A space in which cooperate and organize on a transnational level, connecting richness and experiences acquired by squares and uprising, from the dismissal power to the constituent processes taking place in the last years. 
In the same time, we consider very important to make a contribution in the Agorà, as a collective – subject in struggle into and against the educational system; so, we want to organize a workshop on 
knowledge and education, as the centre in the mobilization and activation processes against austerity plans and impoverishment in these years of crisis, and the fulcrum to compose the subjectiveness in struggles. 
We suggest “University, knowledge an debt” as the opening title of this workshop, in order to include a systemic level of analisis that shouldn’t be separated, seeing through the reorganizational processes into educational structures and the class constitution of the actors be moved on. We propose “University, knolewdge and debt” also to let every subject to talk about a comprehensive level, not limited to be a simple addition of controversies or just amounting different kind of struggles, but becoming immediately a space of transformations in order to product political alternatives. 
We extend the invitation to every subject in struggle in the world of education, to partecipate e to animate this workshop, to draw up together a plan of analysis and perspective of mobilizations  adequate to the challenge, that rebel  movements in mediterranean area, and austerity plans to the other side, are requiring us.
